On September 29, 1-4 year students of the Faculty of History and Law took part in the V All-Russian Congress of Engineers, organized with the support of the Government of the Khabarovsk Territory and large industrial associations. In Komsomolsk–on-Amur, the Congress was held for two days - on September 29 and 30. The history students attended two sessions, "Industry under sanctions" and "Information Modeling Technologies in Industries." Despite the peculiar "change of professional profile", the students of Faculty of History and Law appreciated their participation in the event: "From the point of view of the organization, everything is very good: simple registration and a meeting at the congress itself. They will tell you everything, direct you where you need to go, and even give you small gifts. As for the sessions themselves, it's hard to judge without specialized knowledge, but we were still interested in a few things. We didn't agree with everything and even had a small discussion. But overall, we were pleased with the issues raised and the new perspective on some things. Looking from the other side is always very helpful."

Maxim Seredochny, a sophomore student, shared his impressions of the trip.: "The organizers of the excavations told us to go to the Primorsky Territory in the city of Spassk-Dalny. It's quite far from Komsomolsk: 20 hours by train. And I actually had to get from the Amur region for about a day and a half. The excavations themselves began on July 22, and we arrived on the 24th and 25th. They met us at the railway station and took us to cottages near the city. This place is called Zamanikha-dacha or Zamanikha-Slate. We stayed there for 31 days, as we left on August 24 and 25. We lived in tents. We were fed 3 times a day. Everything, of course, was paid for. I really enjoyed this expedition. I made a lot of new acquaintances, participated in the excavation process, found interesting ancient artifacts, and earned quite a lot."
